Keeping our guests safe and healthy was of course always our priority. This summer we are taking even more measures to ensure you and your family are able to enjoy your well-deserved holiday.

Covid regulations in Austria

FFP2 masks are mandatory only in public transport, supermarkets or hospitals.

Since May 16, 2022 you can enter Austria from abroad without restrictions.

Wipe and go – deep cleaning of the apartments

Deep cleaning of the apartments is nothing new for us, but this year we are taking it one step higher: all apartments will be cleaned with a special disinfection tool after each check out. Our cleaners let the fresh air into your apartment anyway.

Social distancing

Due our spacious guest’s areas, this is an easy task. Tables, beds, … etc will be always with the necessary distance. We only kindly ask you to look after the other guests and keep some distance in all areas.

As usual, there are our popular buffets. Nothing stands in the way of enjoyment with distance and hand hygiene.
And our kitchen team is looking forward to putting the best on your plate.

Organisation is everything – Check in at reception

To avoid waiting times, we kindly ask you to provide us with all necessary guest information prior to arrival. We will remind you in your pre-stay email once more.

Please don´t touch!! – digital guest information or one way menus

To reduce contact in any way, we focus on digital guest information, one way menus and will do without any newspapers, magazines.
Key cards will be disinfected after returning.

All team members will be wearing a FFP2 face mask. We kindly ask you to wear one as well when entering any entrance or the reception area (according to the regulations of the government). You can purchase those at reception if you don´t have your own.
